An overview of ketamine infusions is presented by Dr. Joshua Prager, chair of the International Association for the study of Pain (IASP) group on sympathetically mediated pain. Dr. Prager is director of the Center for Rehabilitation of Pain Syndromes at UCLA Medical Plaza.
